I was a chat operator before and we handle clients from the USA, Canada, United Kingdom and some places in Australia as well. I know my past experience as a chat operator before would be a big help for me, because I know I could easily deal with people from those countries that I have mentioned. Add to it that I can type fast as well. I'm sure that will be one of my advantages in getting a job here.
