I am a continuous learner. As a matter of fact, I just graduated from six-week of intensive General Virtual Assistant training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology. During the training, I learned Customer Relationship Management, Audio and Video Transcription, Web Research, Content Creation, etc. I learned how to automate customer support, plan and create a process flow, improve customer experience and increase sales.
