Product Sourcing. Transcriptionist. Lead Generation/Data Entry/Internet Research is responsible for searching the high-value leads identified from the internet research, validate contact info of prospect and review leads, connect with the prospect leads, enter data into Excel files. I have undergone a Quality Assurance trainee for 6 months whereas call monitoring is the primary task to provide insight and evaluation in helping to improve the agent's performance, document internal audits of quality assurance standards, collect and compile statistical quality data, utilization of technology for remote monitoring that can help modification of agent's performance and improving the customer experience, provide proper training and coaching, responsible for document management systems record data using Google Spreadsheet and EOS report using attaching Google drive. I've been also an Outbound Sales Representative for 2 years whereas converting leads into sales by selling products and good service, retrieving customer's information,  and setting up a new account to update customer's records, responding to their concerns and questions, and record customer's data on CRM. I possess a skill in customer service, strategic approach, research experience, communication skills, typing skill at least 40 wpm, and problem-solving skills. A software skills in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google docs, Spreadsheet and drive, CRM, Audacity software, Gorgias, Slack Notion, ClickUp and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
