I am an experienced recruiter with exposure in volume hiring (entry-level roles) and for support and leadership roles. I have done sourcing for various positions and utilized different sourcing channels, including online job portals and social media. This work also required me to understand the data and trends, strategize by analyzing the facts and figures as well as generate reports. I have worked on different HR and Recruiting tools, (i.e. Success Factor, Workday, Taleo, Talkpush), which enabled me to work efficiently.
I tend to work quietly and independently, and will figure out things as well as I can. On the flip side, I do enjoy working with others, especially when there's an opportunity for us to learn from each other. I am looking for a job where I can utilize my skills and expertise, and where my passion and interests can also be incorporated.
