Profile Description

I am a dynamic and accomplished professional with extensive expertise in customer service. I worked directly with the CEO and Store Owners. I mainly handle stores in Shopify. I fulfill orders, I also managed email, and answer general inquiries, exchanges, re f,unds and warranty. I also moderate >Facebook commenting. I also worked in the BPO industry both inbound and outbound calls and assist customers with their flight reservations, cancelUpgrade to see actual infoions and changes on their booking (Airline account). I also perform troubleshooting and assist customer's in accessing their bills online explaining charges (Telco).
I am also equipped with different tools and pUpgrade to see actual infoforms such as Bphycs, Sabre, Siebel, Gusto, Clickfunnels, Infusionsoft, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Aliexpress, Oberlo, Slack, Google Suite, Notion, Indeed, Avaya, Bitrix24 and more!
Proficient in writing and speaking in English, able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision to meet client and business requirements and I am capable of meeting deliverables on schedule
