Profile Description

I was trained in Social Media Marketing by Virtual KIngs and worked part-time since September. I am looking for full-time work for a long term project. I am knowledgeable in content creation, Facebook ads, article writing, website creation/Wordpress, photo editing.  I also have good communication skills that can be used as a customer service representative that I learned from my previous job when I was in the BPO industry.  I always make sure that the customer will be satisfied with my service. I know how to handle a different kind of customer even how irate. I am good at giving sympathy and empathy to a customer. I can give not only good but excellent service to a customer.
