Over the past 4 years, I've immersed myself in the Amazon FBA/FBM VA specialist role, catering to both 7-figure sellers and newcomers to the e-commerce industry.
My primary goal is to guide clients through every phase of their Amazon business, alleviating the burden of account management, troubleshooting, and Seller Support interactions.
Beginning my journey in March 2019, I underwent extensive training from seasoned Amazon Sellers, experts in both Wholesale and Private Label. I diligently honed my skills, and since then, I've contributed significantly to the success of various sellers in the Amazon space.
By leveraging my expertise, sellers can offload day-to-day operational challenges, allowing them to concentrate on scaling their businesses with confidence.

I have 15 years of BPO experience doing admin support and backoffice support roles. Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, SalesPage, and Microsoft Dynamics.
