- AppFolio Expert.
• Entering Bills and Deposits into the AppFolio accounting software. (Manual / Smart Bills Entry)
• Processing tenant move ins /move outs and Property close outs.
• Resolving Financial Diagnostic issues as well as GL and Tenant ledger issues.
• Processing Vendor, Management and Owner payments.
• Reviewing and sending of Monthly Owner statements.
• Other AppFolio Bookkeeping tasks that may be assigned.
- QuickBooks and Xero Certified Advisor.
- A/R and A/P Management.
- Proficient in using MS and Google Applications, Asana, Podio, Slack and Trello.
- Excellent in Time management and Prioritization.
- Works well under pressure and can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
