I've worked for a Telecommunications Company based in US ( Comcast ) as a Billing agent and Sales Representative. Helping consumers figure out Bill differences with diligence is the primary task, and to do up-selling and market other line of businesses the company is offering. Also worked with an Australian Telecommunications Company ( Telstra ) as a Collections Agent and Customer Service Representative. Doing both inbound and outbound calling, reaching out to subscribers ensuring that they are getting the best of the service and at the same time updating their accounts. The role includes training and knowledge in using CRM. Got a change to work for Spark New Zealand a an Offshore Sales Provisioning partner. Wherein we do the order of the sales made strictly following rules and restrictions to avoid customer inconveniences. After order has been created, we will also monitor the progress from the inspections, ocular visit and schedules until installations and activation both for new and existing consumers. And the most recent was with Intralinks as their front liner support for clients. We assist client/users on resolving Login issues such as passwords and answers to security questions and the like. We were trained to do basic troubleshooting as well. Spent two months thorough training on accounts navigation on the platform, organizing thousands of data, files, reports and storing confidential information of
the hosts company and its clients. And most importantly, Confidentiality and Security.I transition to Home Based Set Up since January 2019, and been with Virtual Staff Outsourcing as an Appointment Setter. We set up appointments with our clients using the Leads provided using Mojo as our Dialer and Podio as our CRM. As a team player, I am highly motivated and focused. through years of experience, I was able to manage and overcome distractions. But despite of the experiences I had, I keep my feet on the ground, I'm always open for corrections and for new learnings. I'm a good listener both for the client to address the needs, and for the company as well to deliver what it asked.
