Profile Description

I have 6 years of BPO experience (calls, email, and chat) and more than a year of VA experience. My first major VA role was as a remote admin staff for a lodging provider/property management business. I learned even more about communication and engagement from this job making communication and engagement one of my two biggest strengths. The other one would be my support skills. 

I have also handled freelance social media management and engagement for a startup lawn care business. I can certainly help, especially with tasks involving support, communication/engagement, as well as task/project management and graphic content creation.

I have analytical skills and great attention to detail. I can handle research, data entry, email, and can use Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Skype, WhatsApp, Slack, Asana, Trello, Zendesk, Canva, Guesty, Breezeway, Notion, Rightmove, and others.
