Also, I've been working for 10 yrs in the Customer Service industry and 8 yrs of that was in the BPO industry. I handled most of the accounts in this industry like Technical, Financial, and Sales. I was promoted as a Team Manager as early as one year in my first BPO company. I am confident with my communication skills would not be a problem.

This experience helped me to develop my sales, organizational, and leadership skills. I became more knowledgeable in MS Office, e-mail, Skype, and outlook.
I'm self-motivated and easy to adapt to any type of work.
