I was a Customer Service Representative for Aetna, I inform the customers regarding their Insurance coverage if they have a copay, coinsurance and deductible. I was also an order placer for DoorDash in which we place the order for the customer and help the Dashers communicate with the customer if something goes awry. Lastly, I was a Customer Service Representative at Expensify, basically we help the users to troubleshoot their issues regarding Integrations, Android and IOS Expensify application, billing/subscription concerns, and reimbursements.
While working at a BPO Industry, I have made my set of skills such as Video Editing, Photo Editing, and Music Editing in which I use Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Sony Vegas Pro 16, Mixcraft, Adobe Audition, Adobe LightRoom, and Snapseed.
I also have knowledge on using Zendesk, Salesforce, Citrix, Avaya, SuperPunch, Stack Overflow, and Slack.
Addition talents are singing, dancing, and some sketching, with knowledge of analysis in Social media marketing and Ecommerce.
