My unique set of skills stems from years of training, application, and development in the fields of customer service, sales, and technical support thus enhancing my methods and strategies of interaction and problem-solving approach in any given situation.
My skills include but is not limited to front-line, back-end, and administrative support. I keep up-to-date with constantly evolving technologies and has come close to advanced skills in Digital Marketing using online social media platforms, such as Facebook Business, google search console and Webmaster, and Microsoft tech, and work closely with clients to create innovative, effective campaigns to grow businesses.
I have experience in handling different roles and accounts in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry. Being goal-oriented is one of my strength which supports my enthusiasm in facing challenges. And with this I'm thankful for the companies I've been with who has recognized my dedication. With the 6years and still counting experience in this field I have acquired skills and knowledge essential for any types of field I would participate in.
