I worked at BPO Services since I graduated college. Ive been in the company for almost 2 years as a Data Encoder. We are responsible for inputting list of items, number or other data into the computer; or complete forms that appear on a computer screen. My job as data Encoder can also be asked to edit current information or proofread new entries to a database for accuracy as well as perform the tasks below :
- Complete, process and key materials
- Identify various document types quickly and efficiently.
- Accomplish client deadlines in a team environment.
- Enter data accurately from online terminal or paper.
- File completed documents.
- Delete incorrect data.
- Re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
- Maintain record of completer work.
- Select materials needed to complete work assignment.
- Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per guidelines.
- Other duties peformed as necessary.
After working as a Data Encoder. I've been a Office Secretary in a Automotive Company for years. Then after I go back being a Data Entry Specialists to another company I can say that I gained more skills to my recent job because my job is not only focused on being as a Data Entry Specialists but also a Customer Service Representative. I usually call outbound and skills in auditing.
My work objective is to obtain a work job that will enable me to use my strong organizational skills. I am determine towards work assigned and will try to give my best to it. Self-confidence and and quick learning. Time effectively. Good knowledge about technology and interest towards new learning. Knows how to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
