Profile Description

I have been in the industry of outsourcing for 5 years. 2 years in collections for consumer in credit cards doing outgoing and taking incoming calls and 3 years as a customer service with collections as a part of the process, attending to emails, calls and also managing accounts as the assigned representative for a rental company. With my years in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) I have learned to be strategic, apply critical thinking and learn new tools to best serve the client. Also, advising them the best resolution and set them an expectation on when this will be resolved as time is really important not only to clients as well to me, making everything efficient.
