I am very much capable to do the job. I have managed several project teams during my 4 years work as a Manager in an Electronics company. I conceptualized and made proposals about the project theme and generated strategies. I organized and facilitated meetings, followed up actions required and monitored plan against schedule. I  communicated and coordinated with fellow Managers and key team players. I have implemented quality improvements successfully with complete documentations.
