• Working as a VA - Property Specialist for Vacation Rentals, which manages client's property listings and publishing in different platforms e.g. AirBNB, Upgrade to see actual info, Homeaway, Upgrade to see actual info, Craigslist, etc. and Channel Manager - Rentals United, Contactually, managing AirDNA MarketMinder in geolocating short term vacation rental listings and analysis. Also supports their customer service side e.g. answering inquiries from guests about the property and any supplemental information both chat and email. Handles lead sourcing, manages their CRM by organizing and monitoring client's leads, maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
