I'm Upgrade to see actual info. Thank you for taking the time in looking at my profile. I have been in the BPO industry for about 10 years. I have handled healthcare services, telco products and services in the US and NZ. With my extensive experience, I have acquired English proficiency both written and verbal. Due to the traffic situation here in the Philippines, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to work from home as a virtual assistant couple of years ago. I have done customer service, order fulfillment and social media comment moderation.
