Profile Description

My strength is my varied work experience in the BPO industry. I have been a technical/customer support for a phone company in the US for 2 years. I also acquire transcription projects from time to time.

Writing is one of my greatest passion. I've been writing stories and articles for most of my life. I was winning school writing contests and was a part of the school journalism/publication. I write contents for websites and different brands and products. And am writing stories and books in an online writing community during my leisure time. I have an excellent command of the English language both spoken and written. I ranked 1st in the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) exam, in the school I am teaching as an English teacher.

I am working presently as an all around administrator for an amazing Australian company. My tasks and roles include data entry and mining, research, verification, email correspondence among others. To sum it up, I check and verify worker documents making sure that it is up to date, properly labelled and has no discrepancy. I then prepare and create summary reports for the qualitative data we use and need everyday in the business. I also communicate most of the time with our workers, customers and clients. I answer their inquiries, help them with technical difficulties they encounter in our platform/website, and cater to other client and worker concerns. I also take pride in my data mining skills, as I make sure to gather all the necessary data needed and I won't stop until I've covered all that is needed. My work here requires attention to details, great multi-tasking prowess, patience in undertaking repetitive tasks, and being able to manage time and deliver results in the time given.
Mainly I am a customer support specialist, our company specializes in mainstreaming the work platform for oil, gas, mining, construction and other industries in Australia. I do technical and customer support for huge clients through emails and chats and other administrative works on the Upgrade to see actual infocurity and safety through the industry is our main goal.
