I've been with the call center industry for almost 6 years and I've been given training for various customer service positions such as: Customer Service Representative (Technical Support, Inbound and Outbound Fraud Specialist, Quality Assurance Supervisor and Data Entry Specialist. I gained most of my experience through the field of Banking, working hand in hand with our international counterparts in the US and Hong Kong to make sure that all needs of the bank's clients were met and properly handled. My specialty is mostly on data entry and I am very meticulous when it comes to handling information being entered. If given the proper training and tools, I can work proficiently on my own while trying to meet the target deadlines at the same time.
