-answer calls about the money transfer sent
-trace and locate the money transfer
-change details whenever possible and allowed
-create reports and tickets for customer requests and complaints
-regularly check AML as part of the process
-communicate with another department whenever needed

**Accounting Support**
-collects the invoice from the receiving department and compares it with receipts from purchasing

-encode the invoices into the CRM of the Suppliers
-create debit memos for suppliers' charges (plastic and B.O)
-transmit completed and processed invoices to head office for payment
-communicate with suppliers about the lacking deliveries, whenever needed.
