I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info and I live in Davao City, Philippines. I worked in the BPO industry for almost 4 years and at home base for more than 2 years.
I have a good background in being a chat/email/text Guest Manager for a vacation rental management company for more than a year where I am responsible for answering questions, inquiries, booking concerns, and maintenance issues via chats, emails, and text messages. Assist future guests in booking units by providing good options in line with their search, providing the guests with the booking details, and rectifying noise issues and other maintenance issues raised by the guests by contacting our dispatch team and property manager.
I had also been a property manager/maintenance specialist that professionally assists every caller with what they need such as appointment setting, being a middle-man for the owner, tenant, and vendor, assessing maintenance issues over the phone, email, and text, and walk-through the tenants over the phone to resolve the maintenance issue(s) that do not need the vendor's help. I am also a task shifter where I am used to juggling calls, emails, texts, and chats at the same time.
I am a full-time job seeker and would love to work in your good company as soon as possible. I adhere to the company's rules and processes to ensure I keep a clean and good record and to avoid any conflicts with the team or company.  I am keen on details and trainable to navigate tools that are required for the job.
