I worked as a customer service representative for six months in Teletech. I worked under TELSTRA a Telco company in Australia, I worked under prepaid account. I handled incoming calls and answers customer queries. I make sure that I was able to provide each customer the satisfaction of my service. We offer them also products that the company has to offer.
