Profile Description

I  worked as a customer service representative for six months in Teletech. I worked under TELSTRA a Telco company in Australia, I worked under prepaid account. I handled incoming calls and answers customer queries. I make sure that I was able to provide each customer the satisfaction of my service. We offer them also products that the company has to offer. I can also worked under pressure especially when the customer is  irate, you have to be patient until their emotion subsided, only then you pursue your services that you are offering.
I worked for PISTEVO  as an appointment setter and was able to handle solar account and janitorial services Upgrade to see actual info was an outbound account so we have to meet our daily quotas that is set by the management for us to be remained employed. We have to pushed through our limits just to make ends meet. Fortunately I always exceeded my quotas and my TL used to call me "The Rockstar on the floor". Then I dUpgrade to see actual info to work from home. I worked as an appointment setter in FINDER HOUSE in a commission based salary scheme. This is a REAL ESTATE account that offers help to the home finders, home investors and renters help to find properties within their criteria and their budget. We also have our daily quotas to meet and fortunately I always meet what is set on me.
With these job experiences I have, I learned how to handle calls politely and patiently. I was able to proved to myself that I am trustworthy to work without any supervision, that I am competent and very enthusiastic when it comes to work ethics.
I have basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Google spreadsheet, MS office, Power point, basic knowledge in Upgrade to see actual info where in I was able to express my self in my designs.
I am familiar with auto dial apps such as Zoiper, Vici Dial and Ytel.
