I'm a Credit Repair Specialist/VP of Operations in this industry for almost three years, specialized in credit dispute letters and analyzing credit reports also knowledgeable about FCRA Laws and US Credit System. I also have experience in customer service in this industry, like sales, consultations, follow-ups or updates for the client, recommendations on improving their credit, and collect their billing. I am well organized and create systems for the dispute process to keep the team abreast of what stage each client is in and what has been done.
