I am a proficient, motivated with excellent administrative skills. A dedicated, organized and a great manager of time. I am assertive but decisive to learn more to give purposeful solutions for my client’s satisfaction. I may also be opinionated but I respect others’ opinions as well for me to get goal-oriented results.I have been an Executive Virtual Assistant wherein I assist a FB ADS coach in her training course. I schedule and manage the webinars/meetings, accurately records the minutes of the webinars/meetings, manage and update some records and organizing files, and provide some general administrative support. But it just lasts only for a month, just for the time of the training course period. I am also a Data Entry Specialist at Noni Brands where I do copying and pasting various data from different Google Spreadsheets, following instructions and organizing different rows of data, and daily status updates on what tasks have been done. And an eBay Lister who is responsible for Product research, Title Optimization, Catalog Information Entry, make a bullet point type of Product Description and leaving feedback to the customers.I have a great knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite (Spreadsheet, Slides, Documents, Drive), Email and Chat Software tools (Gmail, ManyChat), Project Management tools (Trello, Slack, Basecamp, Zoom), Social Media Management Tools (Hootsuite), Graphic Design (Canva, Photoshop, Corel Draw). I also have basic knowledge with ZikAnalytics, eBay Manual Listing, Variation Listing, Title Builder Optimization and some dropshipping tools (DSM Tool, Auto DS Tool, Yabelle, InkFrog, Web Seller Guru) I’m also eager to be trained and to learn new skills as well as programs, applications, and tools to be a more efficient employee. I always give my best to improve my skill and work.I believe in hard work and honesty.
