I worked as a Customer Service Representative / Admin / Live Chat Support / Email Support / Outbound Agent in one company. I worked there for more than 2 years. I can do the multi tasking job, accepting inbound calls while answering the live chats. Im also the one who is creating the label for the website booking to arrange the pick up of the parcel of the Upgrade to see actual infoecking and answering the emails.
