Profile Description

I am a Freelance Graphic/Layout Artist at the same time working as a Quality Analyst in a BPO company. I have 5 years of experience in transaction monitoring evaluations. I've been providing root cause analysis to the Program on how to improve quality score. 
As a Transaction Monitoring Analyst, I was able to provide continuous feedback after I have listened to calls/chat/email of agents and identify behavior to suggest coaching opportunities on how to improve their performance in order to not just to meet but exceeds client expectations. I am also hosting both internal and Client Calibration/Alignment Sessions on a weekly basis. At the moment, I am looking for a part-time job that I can work on during my available time and I will be more than willing to learn new things and tools to make the job done for you and for your team. These are the following clients which I have supported with: Charter Communications, Comcast/Xfinity, DoorDash, Uber Technologies, Upgrade to see actual info, and Canva.
