My job experience before is an Office Clerk, I do multitasking like collecting payments, scheduling technician for their repair jobs, doing some accounting like balancing the Sales Book, Inventory, helping in petty cash fund.
My second Job is Escrow Processor/Processing

broker. I do read and understand the contract before inputting all the
information and also double checking if there are mistakes and misspell by the
parties that signed the papers. I’m researching google and other sites if the
property is correct and the name of the buyer is correct. I’m also doing RPT or
Real Property Tax, I prorate and collect amount due and delinquent amount. I’m
also doing processing Closing Protection Letter for the Lender and a Closing disclosure
a statement of all the summary fees after the transaction have made. I’m
calling agents and confirming some fees if it was already paid or not like
water fees, electric, transfer fees etc.
I am a hardworking person and self-motivated. I am highly organized and can do multitasking job in a daily basis.
