I've been working with the BPO company for 9 years now and never been with other company after i graduated. I started as technical support helping customers with their issues with their devices that we sell. I can also handle billing concern especially for irate customers since i've been with the retention/escalations team for years now. I am easy to deal with and do my best to learn what i was ask to do. I want a long term and a stable job. The only reason why i apply is because i want to work from home for me to take care of my kids at the same time.
