Profile Description

I started my career as an inbound sales representative way back 2007 as sales inquiry representative , I also handled technical support and customer service for telecommunication and utility service in US and Australia afterwards. 
With my 14 years of professional experience I learned to deal with different customers who are happy, angry and confused.
When I answer the phone, I smile as I greet the person on the other line, this may be a bit of a cliché, but I believe that a smile can truly be heard through the telephone. I always answer customer’s question with sincerity and positivity not only to fulfill their needs but to make them feel that I am genuinely willing to help.
