I worked as Accounts Receivable Officer which my daily task are to account, audit, and receive all inflows every day and also to audit our billing and expenses. I am the one who is presenting and preparing of our monthly financial statements, doing bank reconciliation using our Quickbooks as a system. Im proficient using the MS Office especially MS Excel such as advanced formulas and Quickbooks as my accounting system. But i also believe that there is always room for improvement. I am willing to learn and keen to details, I am also a fast learner, responsible, possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
I worked as HR/Junior Accountant. My tasks are Payroll filings, Recruitment/Hiring, gathering of invoices from our clients and booking them on our system - Quickbooks (QBO) (27 international companies), most importantly, i am the one who is managing our company's Quickbooks, also doing a bank reconciliation, AR, AP, booking of all transactions and preparation of our Financial Statements.
