Currently, I am working with Accenture as Customer Service Associates under Verizon
Going back, I worked as a Customer Service Specialist in Globe wherein I processed the applications of the customer or known as Back Office Admin. Alongside with that, I also act as a customer service giving assistance to the customers with their accounts, perks or general inquiries. After Globe, I was hired by Convergys as a Customer Service Representative for AT&T Postpaid account. Same with Globe, customer service is the main description of the job but the only different is we talked to the customer over the phone. What I learned from this was to how to work with your patience and to show genuine empathy with your callers.
I can deliver excellent results as I possesses a combination of skills and experience that can help the company prosper and give an outstanding customer satisfaction.
