Worked as a customer care representative in a big International Airline Company and US technical Company.
With over 6 years of experience working in a BPO industry as a Customer Service representative and few experiences in Technical Support. I am an expert in call handling, making inbound and outbound Upgrade to see actual infopable of solving customer concerns by educating the process and walking them through how to do the steps online.
