I have worked in an outsourcing company or Call Center for more than 2 years now. I've been a Customer Service Collections Agent with Sprint (Telecommunication) and I was tagged as the top collector and best agent for consecutive months. 
I have also worked as a Business Banker or Customer Service Executive with Barclays (Financial) and I was able to prove that I can exceed their expectations by hitting all the metrics or scores 99.99%. Barclays has filtered the best employees and trained them to be part of a new Line of Business which is an Email Support Department that will cater customer queries through a Barclays email tool.
After a year, this account has been successful and I've been a Subject Matter Expert, Point of Contact or Support within our team.I have been given tasked to monitor the scores of the team and analyze the things that needs to be improved. I was also given the task to send reports via Excel Spreadsheet to the Onshore Team as the Point of Contact. If I will be given a chance to join a team or business here, I will definitely focus and give my 100% in every tasks.
