As a Customer Service Representative, I aim to provide first call resolution. I make sure to leave a lasting impression that customer called the right person regarding their concerns. I show the best trait of a Filipino which is being hospitable. And I make sure that I provide both emotional and functional needs of the Upgrade to see actual info my four years of professional journey in the BPO Industry, I've dealt with different people and it enhanced my ability to adapt in changes, to be a team player and to value time. I became passionate with what I do. I believe that once you have the passion, exert effort and invest time, you will harvest what you planted.
