Profile Description

In a span of 1 year, I have worked in the Real Estate Industry as a Virtual listing coordinator, specifically, for a company affiliated with Keller Williams. I have been making listing, offer (purchase) contracts.
My platforms in making contracts are Dotloop, while CVRMLS, Bright MLS, Rein MLS are for my listings. I also do listings management keeping all up-to-date.
I also became a Customer Support for potential property buyers. I used Boomtown for buyers' preferences in purchasing homes and associating Podio to keep track and follow - ups.
I also became a Sales Representative for Canadian Website Designs, tackling with digital marketing such as website creation, SEO services, social media marketing and website hosting.
I also became a Data Entry Specialist for a realtor in which I scrape and qualify leads from different categories done in spreadsheet.
I also got the chance to become Closing Assistant on the listing side in which I assist sellers sell their home and get in touch with title companies, buyer's agent and buyer's lender for a transaction.
