I am looking for a long-term, full-time job where I can not only continue develop my career, but more on taking part to the Company's success.
I believe my previous role as a Senior Customer Service Specialist for a startup company, Upgrade to see actual info, has equipped me with the qualities that would make an ideal Virtual Assistant. As one of the Pioneers, I played a huge part in establishing its foundation by  orchestrating its operation Upgrade to see actual info also exposed me to different challenges that helped me develop problem solving skills through analytical thinking. 
With a strong presence of mind, I was able to adapt to changes and make adjustments like when one of the Owners suddenly decided to sell his shares, leaving the Management no choice but to implement cost cutting measures that reduced the company's size from having 10 employees to just my Manager and myself. I was placed in a hostile environment where everything seemed unclear though I was able to maintain composure and reassess the situation that  concluded to streamlining of the business process.
Being left with all the workload on my shoulders did not just flourished my sense of ownership and responsibility, but more importantly, it gave me a different perspective on always putting the Company first.
