Profile Description

I worked as a Virtual Assistant for more than 5 years now and worked as a Project Manager in an SEO company that handles writers and editors making sure they're doing their tasks and submitting proper documentation assigned to them. I also do some research on other projects for the company to help our writers with their work. I also worked as an Operations Manager in a Credit Repair company and was assigned to monitor all our employees and at the same time help our CEO to expand their business by talking to some clients and being able to give them information on some of our operations.  

Being a leader is one of my strong skills since I do manage to give priority to tasks that need to be done and prevent any overdue or backlogs that can hold us up with our deadlines. 

I have experience working as an Operations Associate in an E-commerce business that handles both Amazon and Shopify. My role is to do product inventory, sending/answering emails to customers regarding questions or concerns about the product purchased on the website. I also monitor shipments and process refunds subject to approval for some customers' orders. 

I am detail-oriented and highly organized when it comes to tasks assigned to me. I also wanted to use my time wisely by managing each one of my tasks that needs a priority and at the same time willing to help others that need my attention, especially my other colleagues.
