Hi, I'm Chris! I am an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant and Transaction Coordinator specializing in creating training curriculums, learning materials, and road maps for businesses for teams to utilize in training customer and technical support associates, sales agents, and cold callers.
I am highly experienced in handling transactions for real estate agents and wholesalers and have led acquisition teams in securing deals for FSBOs, distressed and listed properties. I am also well versed in working with other Agents, Cash Buyers, Flippers, Title companies, Lenders, Escrows, and other vendors involved in a real estate transaction.
I previously worked for a BPO company as a supervisor and have catered and launched accounts for high-profile clients such as HP, Microsoft, and Nike.
