I have more than 5 years of experienced in Customer Service assisting Australian and U.S. customers. I used to work in United States for more than 10 years and I was trained at a large Call Center
here in the Philippines.
I can provide email, ticket and phone support and will do everything I can

the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have managed
