Profile Description

I have a decent background in leadership roles. Work-wise I have been a Store Manager at New Era Cap Philippines and a Stand-in Team Leader at TaskUs PH.
I was also endorsed for promotion twice at TaskUs PH from my role as Customer Service Representative, but was unable to get it, for the first instance was due to me still being on a new-hire probationary status and for the 2nd one was due to me about to leave the company for personal reasons.
I was also in several leadership roles in my college where I served as an organization officer for 3 years (Freshman-Junior) in the schools photography organization as well has headed a groups art exhibit.
I am also very adaptable in performing different tasks as well as apply skills I have already attained in order to increase performance as well as the quality in the work. Example for which is I used my arts degree to improve sales in New Era by arranging the product displays.
