Part of my task as a Customer Service Happiness Manager / General Virtual Assistant is to handle customer inquiries, solving technical issues in Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy, maintaining healthy account health in Seller Central, product research and concerns by processing refunds, replacement through Amazon Seller Central and Walmart, answering tickets in GrooveHQ, HelpScout, and Zendesk (CRM), organizing tasks in Asana, ClickUp, and Trello, and to offer the best customer experience by ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our product or service. Contacting/negotiating with the couriers for the status of the order of the customer and shipping rates for wholesale orders.

Updating the company database, SOPs, digitizing physical records, and preparing periodic reports. Converting negative product feedback into positive feedback. I have experience moderating our Social Media pages, sending ManyChat, managing our scheduled posts, and working as an email assistant to our former CEO. Answering tickets in Zendesk for client's inquiry (technical support) for a dropshipping software company, OAGenius.
