Profile Description

I have handled different types of campaigns for 15 years and mostly are
Australian. I started as Customer service agent for an online shopping in US. I also handled several Telco's ( US and Au ). I have an extensive collections experience for an Australian client. My last job was as a webchat and email support for Insurance Group
Australia handling NRMA, SGIC and SGIO which caters to Cars and Home Insurances.
I also worked as part time ESL teacher for Acadsoc last year. This year I gained experience as shopify lister/publisher and creative writer for products. I also have gained VA experience assisting a team of technical support for a hotel software in Australia. I answer calls and create tickets for the team so they can callback customers having technical problems. My recent work is email support for an Australian loan company. We cater to customers' app issues and loan concerns.
