Profile Description

I have a great passion in working as Virtual Assistant/Email Support. I worked with an E-commerce website and with a successful more than 6 years of experience. I was able to enhanced my skills. I am self-motivated, I can adopt and respond to different types of characters. I always give my best and positive attitude in order to give the best experience to customers. 

To add more these were the tasks I was assigned:

- Managing Social Media - Respond to comments and reactions on Facebook page and messenger.

- E-mail Handling- Respond to customers concerns using Zendesk, Gmail. 

- Shopify - Order tracking, Refund and Cancellation, Change of order request,      Create coupon code/discount code. Create new order for replacement
