Im currently working as an Accounts Payable Specialist for a third-party Utility Billing management for US-based Property Management Companies. My job is to address with urgency all disconnected utilities due to non-payment.
I previously worked as an appointment setter for a Real Estate Company in the US. I was able to book appointments for Real estate agents to close out a deal on a property.
I also previously worked as a case manager at Telstra International Philippines Incorporated. Our team provides an end to end customer service assistance to all moving home customers that have fixed broadband internet from Telstra. Able to do complex conversations and multi-tasking for service orders.
My past work and volunteer experience involve:
• Mobilizing the community, especially the youth to provide sustainable initiatives to preserve the environment. Together with my UK Volunteer counterpart, we came up with projects and initiatives to help the federated youth organization be sustainable such as the generation of funds for projects.
• Conducted organizational capacity building, assessment, strategic planning, program implementation, and life skills training. (2005 – 2014)
• Youth advocate and leader of the Movement of Anti-Trafficking advocates with its supporting organizations – Visayan Forum and MTV Exit. I worked on different awareness-raising campaigns about the issue. Conducted and co-organized different events such as roadshow concerts and production of campaign ads thru different modes of media (print, social media, etc.). (
• Capstone Project Documenter and Module Enhancer. During the development of the capstone project in college, I worked on different documentation, and research and helped analyze the possible module that would make our system more efficient. Thus, the Supreme Student Government – Electronic Voting Solutions came up to life. (
• On-Job-Training as Database Management Personnel. I worked with the Zamboanga del Norte Federation of Parents Association on various database inputs such as the Child Verification System that would keep track of all its beneficiaries’ benefits. Also, I did social media publishing for their ongoing projects and activities and helped with the Audio Visual Documentation of the organization’s Area Strategic Plan. (
