I’ve done quite a bit of customer service for Vxi Company, and have skills specifically for Sales and Technical market. I also know how to work with billing and virtual assistance, although I am far from being an expert at it. I know MS excel and MS work pretty well. I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I want a long-term, stable job where I can help you build your business. I worked in the customer service industry for 10 years while doing freelancing jobs on the side. I am very willing to apply for this job opportunity. I consider myself equipped with all the skills needed for the job and I know that I’ll learn a lot from you. I am highly trainable and can easily learn tasks. When I do not have experience with software or program, I am doing all the research to study it. I am willing to take tests to prove my work for the job.  Here are some of my skills and qualifications: -10 years experience working as a customer service representative, complaint manager, and supervisor. -Excellent in writing, reading, and speaking in English. -I have a well-functioning Mac book and I have a backup internet connection  Program and software skills: -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) -G Suite (Meet, Drive, Calendar, etc) -Canva -Asana -Salesforce. I also have experience with REAL ESTATE for 3 years and E-COMMERCE.
