Profile Description

I am fluent in the English language both oral and written, and I have exceptional skills in customer care, marketing and sales. I know how to use the MS office, and some photo/ video editing too. I am diligent, and I do not settle for anything less. I am ambitious, but not proud, I work with integrity and I put my name on the line all the time!
When it comes to work, I'm versatile and I adapt quickly in any working conditions, as long a I will be trained. I really would like to get a secretarial job, or any customer support jobs that involves E-mails and any responses made online. I used to work with Convergys Corporation and my account is with Sprint, a telecommunications company. I also worked for DirectTV, a satellite TV service provider as a sales consultant, and currently, I work part-time in an online english school for Japanese students while at the same time, managing my own Business. I know how businesses work, and I've learned that through years of experience. I am not an expert, but I always strive for perfection!
