I am fluent in the English language both oral and written, and I have exceptional skills in customer care, marketing and sales. I know how to use the MS office, and some photo/ video editing too. I am diligent, and I do not settle for anything less. I am ambitious, but not proud, I work with integrity and I put my name on the line all the time!
When it comes to work, I'm versatile and I adapt quickly in any working conditions, as long a I will be trained. I really would like to get a secretarial job, or any customer support jobs that involves E-mails and any responses made online. I used to work with Convergys Corporation and my account is with Sprint, a telecommunications company. I also worked for DirectTV, a satellite TV service provider as a sales consultant, and currently, I work part-time in an online english school for Japanese students while at the same time, managing my own Business. I used to sell mobile phones, plans, and contract renewal agreement to SPRINT customers and I'm pretty good at it.
Since March 2010- June 16,2011, I had been a customer service representative and I asically handle SPRINT, a telecommunications company found in the US in Convergys, Cebu. Being a customer service rep in this account is really not that easy. You have to pass all surveys, all stats and pass sales quota as well. The pressure with my job before was truly remarkable and yet I was molded into a completely different person. The company that I used to have has trained me well in both selling and handling customers who pretty much woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I am efficient, I am diligent, and I am humble enough to learn, and confident enough to express myself to other people needing interaction.
I am now involved in an NGO/NPO which helps the poor people in the Philippines have their own lands and houses through the assistance of the Community Mortgage Program thru the financial assistance of the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC). My task is to look for inhabitants, organize them, and orient them about the process of the community mortgage. After all documents have been processed, the government institution pays the landowner in full, then the community pays the governmental institution for a maximum term of 25 years.
