I started working as a Customer service rep since 2012. During the last 7 years in a BPO industry, I have progressed through positions of Diet Adviser, Financial, Social Media Marketing and Technical support. I Chose to work at home because of my family. Working at home gives you peace that you won’t be dealing with those struggles anymore like working in an office. All you have to do is to open your laptop, make sure that the internet connection is stable, and be presentable. You can do whatever you want to do. Travel the world, wake-up whenever, do your exercise regularly, watch all the movies you want or have that quality time with your family.


And in my most recent position, I've been in a Social Media Marketing Industry for a very short period of time, 6months to be exact. I was able to handle the use of social media platforms and websites to promote a product or service I was assigned to. The platform that I used is mainly Facebook. The job requires us to approach potential customers on Facebook and offer them the services that we are assigned to. All communication with our customers was via written chat (no video or audio). Our customers are mostly internet marketers and online business owners. So basically the main task is, we search from USA, UK and Australia and qualify potential clients and then we connect them to our advertisers. We need to offer and complete 25 potential clients in a week and create a total number of a report on a daily basis.
