Profile Description

I have worked as a call center professional for five years at Synnex-Concentrix Corporation and handle technical concerns from customers all over the world regarding networking or internet connectivity problems. During this time, I had a deep understanding about how the internet connection works, and how to deal with customers who is technically challenged, and hard to deal with especially those irate ones.
Prior to that, I also experience being an English Tutor at Immanuel Mission International School for a year. Where I teach Korean students reading comprehension, proper way of pronouncing words and help them pass the IELTS.
Currently, I am looking for a job after graduating as Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. Since graduating last April of 2018, I am still to take the Licensure Examination for Teachers this coming March of 2019.
