Profile Description

For almost 8 years of working and 5 years Approx working online, I have found my forte in work which I have been enjoying and loving. I further found my expertise in Real Estate, Cold calling, Appointment Setting, and Legal Services for Personal Injury Law Firms as a Virtual Assistant. 

Delivering my 100?st when it comes to Client satisfaction has been my topmost priority. Home-based work has been the work environment I have been most comfortable with. I have my own home office in my house. 

History of work:  (p.s It may be long but at the very end you'll see that I'm the ideal employee you're looking for ) 

I have worked in Sales and Marketing for almost 8 years now. after college, I already worked as a call center agent for 1 year. I cater and book room reservations travel plans and sell condo units for Hilton hotel customers. Management and resolving customer complaints. Provide product and service information to customers. A year after, I received an award as an agent for the month of November-December 2016)Then I worked as a medical representative for almost 3 years. I Sell the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals to promote company medications by that I arranged meetings and conducted product presentations weekly and monthly.  aside from the fieldwork, we often do ADMIN works like Daily ADMIN works after field,  scheduling events,   I arranged My doctor's schedule too whenever we sponsor them for their conventions, ( I booked plane tickets, arranged their daily errands for the conventions, arranged meetings, arranged symposiums) I've been receiving awards back then for reaching 100% sales in my area and reached the target quotas. I am already used to traveling because of my fieldwork and meetings. When I got pregnant I resigned from the pharma industry and  I worked and applied as quality assurance in Scale API which was an office and home-based online job I'm a Quality Analyst in a graphic AIE company. We annotate graphical aerial views for self-driving cars After Which I already worked in a Law Firm Group which is the Ward Law Group. My Client is from Miami Lakes Florida, I handle data entry,Treatment Status VA for all 500 Clients, and Demand Preparations. I am also an executive assistant to the Firm's Attorneys and Case Managers. I write Demands follow-up missing Records and also Request Missing Records. I further call facilities in following up on missing records and results as well as gathering treatment status updates for our clients. I also handle case analysis as part of my pre-law journeys before.  That doesn't stop me from working and doing multi-task work aside from the law firm I also worked as an appointment setter for A company that sells HVAC systems to Maryland residents. However, I  found another opportunity and this leads me to the door of embracing the world of Real EstateI start working then as a Real Estate agent from Western Cash Offer, I worked as well for 6 hours and handle outbound calls and cold calling for interested sellers/Residents around Texas and appoint them with our Upgrade to see actual infospite getting many leads, I resigned after a year in that 1st Real Estate Company as I was given a better rate by another Real Estate Company, Cactus Offer/Commonwealth Investment Properties. I've been working in that RE comp for almost 8 months. However despite being the top agent getting leads and sales, I wasn't given the chance to stay longer as unluckily recession came, covid came. The company dUpgrade to see actual info to entirely dissolve and let go of its cold-calling team in the Philippines. I'm more inspired to give my 100 percent best when it comes to booking leads. I have been energetic, and perky in most of my calls from the start of the shift until the very end of it.  I was known for the past 2 companies as the agent who is a top lead generator RE VA.  Despite just merely doing outbound calls, and booking most quantities that are expected for a week or a day I am also proud that I just don't book leads for their quantity but submit leads with quality (Hot leads). Real Estate is really hot in the market, and many residents have an interest in selling their homes but I always consider the 5 pillars. I always make sure that I have everything on my end before I could submit them.  These often resulted in Contract signings and closings and have been enjoying every time I get and receive bonuses from the leads that I have booked. Self Introduction in a Video Record: Upgrade to see actual info
